You and your family are moving to another country, and you are looking for rented accommodation there.
Write a letter to a property agent. In your letter
- Introduce yourself and your family
- Describe the type of accommodation that you hope to find
- Give your preference for the location of the accommodation
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to request information about rented apartments.
My name is Peter James and I currently live in Australia. My family and I will move to New Zealand in few month. I am married and have two little daughters.
We are looking for a two levels house with a garden as we plan to have a dog. The house should contain at least two bedrooms, two bathrooms and ideally a balcony. It should also be north-facing. Also, the kitchen should be at least 15m2 as my wife and I love cooking.
The house should be located within walking distance from the city center and easily accessible with public transport. The neighborhood should also have an elementary school and high school within a reasonable driving distance. The perfect location should be located near to a park where our kids could play football.
I look forward to reading your suggestions.
Yours faithfully,
Peter James
